I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. “The toilet paper holder and the towel bar fell iff the wall within a few minutes of getting there. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the coffee area served yellow water both mornings I was there.”

“Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice.”

“Issue was I was flying out in early the morning and the fire alarm kept beeping. When they came to fix it they couldn't. So, they just removed it. Got little sleep. Positive, the staff was very great at getting me to the airport early in the AM.”
